To all current and prospective students: in accordance with the guidelines set by the government of Quebec, the Integral Yoga Institute of Montreal is CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE due to the current concerns around COVID-19, as a necessary measure to keep staff and students safe.
We appreciate your continued support, and encourage everyone to follow government recommendations regarding the issue. We must work together as a community and society to ensure our collective well-being, and aim to rise above fear by continuing to practice kindness and compassion to each other and ourselves during this challenging time.
We look forward to the day when we can have classes again, but in the meantime, we urge everyone to do their best to continuing practicing yoga and meditation — at home!
