Community Class on Fridays / Cours de Yoga Communautaire Vendredis

With the goal of making yoga more accessible to everyone, regardless of financial means, skill level or age, we are introducing a $8 (suggested donation) community class on Fridays at 6:15 PM, beginning July 1, 2016. Loosely based on our Integral Flow / vinyasa style classes, the pace of the class will be adjusted to the overall skill level of the class. Beginners and regular members welcome. Avec l’objectif de rendre le yoga plus accessible à tous, indépendamment les moyens financiers, le niveau de compétence ou de l’âge, nous introduisons une classe de la communauté 8 $ (don suggéré) les vendredis à 18h15, à partir du 1er juillet 2016. Inspiré de nos classes de style vinyasa “flow” Integral,  le rythme de la classe sera ajustée au niveau de compétence globale de la classe. 2016 New Classes

The New Year is upon us! This year, we are introducing a new Integral Flow yoga class, inspired by the dynamic, flowing movements of vinyasa-style yoga, and combined with the meditative, gentle approach of Integral Yoga. One full hour of more vigorous postures, synchronized with the breath, followed by a half hour of complementary practices like deep relaxation, pranayama and meditation. Recommended for intermediate students or those with a basic familiarity with yoga asanas. Thursday evenings at 6:15 PM. For more information, see Classes and Schedule.

Changements d’horaire 2016 / Schedule changes 2016:

1. New Integral Flow class, Thursdays at 6:15 PM. Runs until March 3.

2. Notre classe de yoga doux en français a déplacé au lundi à 18 heures.

3. Wednesday morning English gentle/restorative yoga class has moved to Thursday mornings at 10:30 AM. Monday morning classes remain the same.

4. New gentle/restorative yoga class in English on Fridays at 6:15 PM. Runs from January 15 to March 18, 2016.

Classes for 2015

Spring is finally here and we are starting up our new schedule. There will be hatha yoga in French on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. English gentle hatha yoga classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays at 10:30 am and Thursdays at 6 pm. Meditation sessions continue at 12 pm noon on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Happy 2015!

Le printemps est arrivé et nous commençons notre nouveau horaire. Il y aura un cours de hatha yoga en français les mardi soirs à 18 heures. Cours de hatha yoga en anglais seront les lundis, mercredis à 10h30 et le jeudi à 18 heures. Sessions de méditation continuent à 12:00 midi les lundis et mercredis.

New Classes for 2014

We’re starting the new year on a mindful footing by offering two new classes! To end your week right, there will be a new Friday evening gentle hatha yoga class (in English), with last Friday of every month being a special “free Yoga” class in Honour of the 100th birthday anniversary of Swami Satchidananda. Also, Monday evening will feature a new Gentle Hatha class in French.
