New Classes for 2013

We’re starting the new year on a mindful footing by offering two new classes! There will be a new Friday evening hatha yoga class (in English), with the first and last Fridays of every month being a special “Yoga & Writing” class, combining relaxing yoga with creative free writing to let you “breathe in yoga and exhale the muse!”

There will also be a Saturday morning hatha class (until March 30, no class March 2) to start your weekend right.
