Hatha Yoga 10 Week Session
A gentle, comprehensive, balanced class with a steady flow, relaxation between poses and guided instruction, breathing practices and a complete deep relaxation. This class is designed to relieve stress, balance the endocrine and nervous systems, reduce anxiety. All are welcome, regardless of experience. The class is held in a comforting and peaceful atmosphere. The goal of the 10 week session is to help students develop a regular practice.
